Registration for a group. (To add slots to your registration, please sign in to the portal above).

Registration for priests who are attending by themselves.

Registration for vendors and volunteers.

Pricing

Early registration: $99 per person (October 30th - November 30th)

Regular Registration: $149 per person (December 1st - January 15th)

Step 1

Group leader registers the group providing group name, contact info, selecting how many students and chaperones will be coming, and indicating whether they will be staying on-campus or not.

  • The minimum chaperone ratio is 1:8 per sex (e.g. 7 boys and 9 girls requires 1 male and 2 female chaperones)

  • The group registration counts as the group leader’s registration

Step 2

Once you have registered the group leader will receive an invoice based on the details provided, and the parish/school pays for the whole group via check or credit card.

  • Group Leaders can add more registrants and request refunds for unused spots as needed.

Step 3

Group Leaders will receive a link to their group’s portal page which will give access to individual registration links. The Group Leader may then send the links to their students and chaperones. Group Leaders will be able to track their registrations on their portal page.

Further Details

  • Age Limit:

    • All participants must be in at least 8th grade

  • Housing

    • On Campus (+$30per person)

    • Overnight accommodations (see FAQs page (hyperlink)), breakfast, and showers. (Note:

      some of the showers are open showers, so those staying on campus must bring swimming gear.)

  • Hotels

    • Mount2000 has reserved rooms at the Eisenhower and Aspire Hotels in Gettysburg $105 a room per night breakfast included. Group Leaders will receive links to reserve the rooms once registered.

    • When reserving rooms, try to maximize on the number of people staying in each room. The standard number for each room is 4 though that would typically include bed sharing - you can call the hotel for more specifics. Adults and minors cannot share rooms, unless they are related, and men and women are staying in separate hotels (exceptions can be made for married couples).

  • Meals

    • Breakfast Saturday and Sunday is provided for those staying On Campus and for those at the Hotels. Lunch and dinner on Saturday is provided for all groups attending Mount2000.
